The Website provides you with an opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the Website (the ‘Products’). The Website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the Website (the ‘Purchase Services’). The Website is operated by Dummy Copy Pty Ltd.(ABN 57 155 463 764 ). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Dummy Copy Pty Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Services, immediately. Dummy Copy Pty Ltd reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Dummy Copy Pty Ltd does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Dummy Copy Pty Ltd reserves its right to stop selling a product. PURCHASES

In order to access the Purchase Services, you may first register as a user of the Website or place an order without creating an account. As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Purchase Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including address, email and password. You warrant that any information you give to SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. in the course of completing the purchase process will always be accurate, correct and up to date. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. By placing an order on sarahandsebastian.com, you agree to receive marketing communications from SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, from which you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email footer.

ACCOUNT

Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Website (‘Member’) and agree to be bound by the Terms. You may not use the Purchase Services and may not accept the Terms if; you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd.; or you are a person barred from receiving the Purchase Services under the laws of Australia or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Purchase Services.

PAYMENTS

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through (the ‘Payment Gateway Provider’). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Credit Cards

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Shopify Payments. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, your order will be not processed and accepted.

Paypal

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. If the PayPal refuses to authorize payment to SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, your order will not be processed and accepted.

Afterpay

When selecting the Afterpay option, you will be directed to the Afterpay site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. If the Afterpay refuses to authorize payment to SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, your order will not be processed and accepted.

Klarna

When selecting the Klarna option, you will be directed to the Klarna site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. If the Klarna refuses to authorize payment to SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, your order will not be processed and accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in AUD however can be used in either currency for redemption. SARAH & SEBASTIAN gift cards are valid for use at any SARAH & SEBASTIAN store or online at sarahandsebastian.com. Gift cards may not be exchanged if lost or stolen and expire 36 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to the expiry of the card. Any balance that remains on the card at expiry will not be available for use.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd, you will be issued with an order confirmation email to confirm that the payment has been received and SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd may record your purchase details for future use. The confirmation email also provides you with a tax invoice and gift receipt. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING

At our discretion, we can choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. The delivery confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order. You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. integrate delivery (the ‘ Delivery Services’) through the use of third party delivery companies (the ‘ Delivery Service Providers’) or pickup in selected retail locations. In providing the Purchase Services, SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. asks that you: contact the Delivery Service Provider directly or contact us by sending an email to info@sarahandsebastian.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged or lost in transit so we are able to determine if a claim on any insurance options available. You acknowledge that SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that SARAH & SEBASTIAN Pty Ltd. will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services.
